Kelly joined RMC in February 2010 as a Senior Hydrogeologist and Proposal Manager. She is responsible for writing and coordinating proposals and developing marketing materials for the firm, as well as providing hydrogeology, environmental compliance, hazardous materials assessment, water quality, and public involvement support on projects.
Kelly has more than 30 years of experience in project management; site investigation, sampling, and remediation; regulatory compliance and compliance assistance; regulatory and technical training; coordination with regulatory agencies; staff and contractor supervision; and technical writing for government and private clients. She has extensive experience working with federal environmental regulations, including CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, SDWA, NPDES, NEPA, as well as state regulations in California, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Texas.
Prior to joining RMC, Kelly worked for several large environmental firms and as an independent consultant for 15 years. Kelly holds a B.A. in Geology and is a certified Professional Geologist (Wyoming) and a Registered Geologist (California).
